| NOTICE BULL SESSION SET FOR DECEMBER 17, 1963
In answer to requests for a December activity. Bill Wootton and Eric Sanders, incoming and outgoing presidents, respectively, have called for a bull session for December 17. All members are invited, and Board members, in particular, are urged to be present.
Meeting place is the Durkin home, 1521 West Camino Del Rio (Hotel Circle-south side-Kings' Inn is 1333) San Diego. Meeting time is 7:30 p.m.
The meeting is not official and business will not be transacted. However, Secretary Terry Durkin will record all ideas and topics.
An informal installation of officers is planned at the close of the meeting.
Suggested bull session topics include: increase in membership, meeting location, Fallbrook excursion plans, and purchase of land.

IT'S NOW "PACIFIC SOUTHWEST RLY. M. A."
By action of the members present at the November 17 meeting a name change was agreed upon. Pacific Southwest Railway Museum Association is the new name tag for the San Diego County Railway Museum Association.
The action was taken In order to provide a broader base for museum interest increased participation and added contributions. Members also agreed that there was need for a more distinctive name tag.
1964 OFFICERS ARE ELECTED
William T. Wootton will be PSRMA'a chief presiding officer for 1964. Wally Duthie was continued in office as vice president. George Geyer was elected secretary and Charles Gerdes was again elected treasurer.
WALTER HAYWARD REPORTS MUSEUM PROGRESS
Museum Committee Chairman Walter Hayward presented a progress report at the November meeting. He told of plans to determine officers necessary for the conduct of the museum. Hayward also stated that the Committee would present two land purchase opportunities to the membership at the January meeting. He said the proposal would be trial run in nature arid the goal would be to have members consider all aspects involved in land purchase. Hayward also stated the purchase of a caboose was a dead issue at present, but that land storage area was available.
Hayward was re-appointed Museum Committee chairman, and, in that capacity would continue to be a member of PSRMA's Board of Directors.
IT'S FALLBROOK IN 1964
A PSRMA excursion train almost certainly will run to Fallbrook in May 1964. Santa Fe has agreed to operate the train and a special attraction is in the planning stage. By December 17 Vice President Duthie should be able to fill in the details.
Duthie states that a successful promotion is possible providing all members participate in the project. Planning for publicity and other promotion will require precise end on-time performance, Duthie said. With effort and a little luck, he stated, it should be possible to operate the excursion at a profit and thus help build the museum fund.
Duthie suggests that members contribute ideas for promotion of the trip and suggestions for train operation. Bring them to the December 17 meeting.
